"Welcome to your bullsh*t-free

road map to better health."

Dressing on the Side, Jaclyn London

Jaclyn London is the former Nutrition Director at Good Housekeeping and current Head of Nutrition and Wellness at WW. Her book, Dressing on the Side, is available now!

Jaclyn spent years studying and teaching the biochemistry, medical nutrition therapy, and counseling strategies that bring about healthy and effective lifestyle change that result in permanent weight-loss (and management). She believes the current conversation and information overload about and around diet, food, and health isn't working, and she brings her philosophy to the masses in Dressing on the Side She believes for any “plan” to truly work long-term, it has to be flexible, and provide tangible, relatable information that empowers you to make choices that prioritize personal health—both
physical and psychological.

She's  a nutritionist, but she's also a realist, making a point of eating candy every single day. She likes cream (and Splenda) in her coffee; she (sometimes) skips breakfast; and she’d (almost) rather become a nun than go on a movie date without M&M’s.

Jaclyn is also an adjunct professor at Touro College (NYSCAS), a guest lecturer at New York University (her alma mater), and serves as a board member at True Health Initiative. Previously, she developed and delivered the sports-nutrition program for SoulCycle instructors, services as  senior clinical dietitian at The Mount Sinai Hospital, and launched the Good Housekeeping Nutritionist Approved program.
